Unwanted Photoshoot Alert Service:

Photo-shoot Alert Service is activated on my number without my permission and my balance is deducted every day (@ Rs 2/ day for the last 2 months).

When I try to deactivate the service from cutomer care IVRS; it says that I donot have any service activated.

Further more there is no option in the IVRS to talk to a customer care service team and get it de-activated.

I have tried to actiavate the DND facility, even then it does not stop!

I would like to deactivate the service.
