They cheated me

Hi Sir.

My Name Shambhunath Kuril. Sir, I'm using tata docomo postpaid connection 8460060042. Sir complain is that company change my tariff plan without my permission. After I complained them but they didn't give correct answer and now they block my customer care service and don't answering my Email. And sir, they doing these type scam to my all tata docomo numbers.

Right now I'm using more than 10 tata docomo connect and they doing this type of scam in all number, so sir I need your help.
