BSNL to Vodafone MNP

Dear Sir,

I have submittem my request for Mobile number portability from BSNL prepaid to Vodafone Prepaid at your vodafone Mini store on 24-11, 12:30 PM. Your executive of vodafone mini store told me this will take 7 days to covert my number from BSNL to Vodafone. Its already 14 Days passed but its still not activated. I have visited Vodafone Store three times but no result found and came to know that they have still not started process to conver my number from BSNL to Vodafone. This is really very bad service of Vodafone which causes Customer unsatisfaction.

Please help me regarding this.
