Recharged amount get reversed, No reponse from Reliance Showroom

My brother has recharged his Reliance pre-paid connection for Rs.150 on 10th Dec @ 11.30 a.m. and amount was automatically recharge balance Rs.150 diminished and got SMS that the amount has been reversed.

We checked the Reliance Showroom which is available at Muthialpet, Gandhi Street, Near police station [regularly recharging here only for several months] and they are not responded properly, they asked us to check with customer care, we tried to check with Customer care for past two days several times, but we cannot reach Customer care executive till date.

May we know, what happened to that recharged amount of Rs.150.
