Portablilty no conpleted and blocked no also

I made my reliance cdma mobile no to reliance gsm on 29 nov. It was ported on 8-12-12 but still when i insert my gsm sim in phone it shows invalid sim card when i try to call it shows unable to connect and when i try from other no it says please check no you have dialed. My mobile no is 9352934561 on which port was done. I request to activate my sim immediately. My email id is goyalrajneesh1@gmail.com
