Overcharged

I have customer of airtel postpaid connection from last 2 years. I was shocked to see the overcharged amount in the bill period of 26/10 to 25/11 after analyzing the bill thoroughly I found that I was overcharged for MMS Charges of 400MMS on 14/11. I had sent only 1 time MMS to selected 100 contacts but Airtel charged for 5 time (500MMS) for same MMS on same contacts on same day within 10 minutes. I logged complaints which No. is 47513062 dated 11.12.2012 but I didn't get any help from the complaints.
