Dear sir, prem p pankaj here having airtel prepaid mobile number 9867415966. i am having this mobile number since year 2006. my complain details are as follows:-

1) I recharge my mobile number by Rs333.00 on 25th or 26th november and activated gprs pack of Rs98 following screen instruction by dialling *567# but airtel deducted more than Rs150.

2) Again i recharge my mobile number by Rs333.00 on 14th december and activated gprs pack of Rs98 following screen instruction by dialling *567# but airtel deducted more than Rs150.

It happened with me in two consecutive months, so i request you to sort out my problem as soon as possible.
