Unfair balnce deduction

My no. is 8109708340. i got a message saying "You have purchased podcast on Overview of PhD applications abroad for Rs. 15. Dial 533330101 (FREE) to listen to expert advice. Non" . i have not purchased anything like this. docomo deducted 30rs balance from my account and when i called customer care they said""u have used gprs and you clicked chargeable site, thats why your balance is deducted". Like i'm some kind of idiot of have not surfed internet in whole life. The question is that if we are not using the service why would we be charged. i have not purchased anything and this is the worst excuse i ever heard from customer care. thats why i'm so scared to recharge with 250 or 500rs plan because of this kind things. Please Stop making fortunes with our money.
