Activation of my sim

Dear Sir my aircell msim porting to uninor. i am porting 20 days before. and aircell sim also deactivate.iam submited all proofs to near distributers. they will send to teair providers and they updated my caf form aloso infront of me. but i will call to sim varification officers to veri fy my deatails they tell now your not hear sir and process. they upadated my deatails 2 times in front of me on the uninor web site. but till now not activate my sim. so please solve the problem. my no porting mobile no was 9700152384.
