Un resaonable deduction of balance

On 17-12 at 1.07 pm i had checked my Internet balance which was 226 MB but at 3.41 pm rs 881 had been deducted from my balance the customer care executive is saying that i had used Internet while it is impossible to use so much data of Internet at 2G speed in 2 hours
