Mr. Sridhar one of dealer from connect india took my document for the migration of prepaid connection to postpaid stating that it will be done in 5 working days and giving me wrong tariff plan! Plz take action against him as he has taken money of amount 850 and not yet given me the service! And more their was a deduction of currency from my main balance without any intimation of mine! And when I coll customer care of tata docomo they don't response to my coll! Plz take some serious action against them so that they should not repeat it again to anybody! Thank you!
