Didnt got full Talktime

Hi

My Fathers number is 9231734934. His name is C.P Mishra, After listening to automated voice service for full talk time offer i recharged for 35 RS on 19 Dec. But i got only 28.15 Rs as talk time. When i Called customer care twice but guy spoke so rudely that no such offer is there and kept the phone and refused to give me any compliant number.

Do you people think your customers are fool and you can cheat them like this. Dont want to continue your service any more.

Need my money back. Else I want to go to consumer court
