Service Disconnection

Hi Team,

My Airtel Postpaid Connection with the number 8008005581 was disconnected on Dec/03 with out my permission and with out any prior notice, When i checked with the customer service center they said it is documented and which i researched the reason why it is disconnected they said they see in there records that as per my wish the service was cancelled, which is false.i did not called Customer service to disconnect my connection. They said if i need to restore my connection i have to resubmit my Address proof and wait to get the service activated.

I am really disappointed with this act and want my Airtel Service connection to be restored ASAP.
