Csncelling all packs and false information on web portal

Hello sir,

http://www.tatadocomo.com/online-recharge.aspx this is the link to the web page from where we can recharge the docomo online, there is a pack of rs 14, in which it is written full talktime for 6 mnths on every recharge above rs 10. nothing else, no condition apply nthing like that (attaching the image also). so i rechaged that, but they deactivated my 54 rs and 25 rs packs that were activated, its a cheating, they have not written any where, how am i suppose to knw. plz sir many customer gets cheated due to this wrong info on net, ask them to either provide full or don;t make false promises.
