Cheating by reliance telecom

My name is rahul. I have recharged my reliance sim (7735869922) for rs101 for 2g internet/2 gb for 30 days on 13th dec at 6.06 P.M.The net got cancelled after 10 days and my 160 rs from my main balance went to 0 balance. The service provider is neither taking my complaint nor refunding me.so again i had to recharge for 101 rs for internet.total i had lost 362 rs due to the service provider. Please take necessary action against this complaint, so that reliance doest cheat any another customer..
