Illogical Bill Charging

I want to bring about a huge inconsistency in charging the consumers. Hope someone will act one it.
My phone number is 9731144339. I had activated a 850 rental 3G plan on my phone which has 6 GB free. I had deactivated the plan after using 22 days i.e. 73% of the month.
I had used only 4 GB which is 66% of the 6 GB limit. I have used no 3G after deactivation.
Why my bill is 11000 rs? I wont be able to make such payments which do not have any logic. I have already discussed this with customer care and he also do not have any answers.
Request you to act on it and put a logical bill so that you can expect payments.
This has also caused great mental anguish and frustration to me and I am not able to concentrate on my work. This is totally against the innocent consumers. I am willing to go at any distance to stop such nonsense.
