Balance Deducted

Espected sir,

my mobile no. is 8866457957 in 16th december time 8:00 to 8:30 pm (approximately) deducted my balance Rs. 40/- i write online complaint in tata docomo store three times but they can not reply proper i also call customer care but they say use services but i not use any services on this day. in every week deduct my balance.
