Deactivate 54000 service

Inspite of making innumerable complaints to your call center this service is not being deactivated. Since October my balance gets reduced by Rs.5/- every week. I get a message from 54000 in which there are some boxes, "p" and a "? ". My mobile no is 9401455866.
