CDMA network issue complaint not solved or even considered

Hello there, i used to get really proper network at my place about a month ago and since 25 days or so the network has been really worst from reliance... my no is 093755555408 and i live in rasulpara tal: talala dist: junagadh, gujarat 352150...

also i had filed complains for the same with reliance and they gave me complain no 193390216 and 194348949 which was filed with the regional appelate authourity and even they didnt consider giving a proper soluion to it... i have 4 reliance cdma phones in my house and none working now cos no network... previously used to get proper network and now something really wrong with itt... and reliance does not wanna solve the issue.. please to take the required steps for this...
