Activation

I purchase a TATA Photon device which no is 9214163536. and i lost it than 15 december i block it and renew second device which have same number (9214163536), and i visit many time in tata photon service center but they did not given any positive response, i call also customer care but they always said please visit our outlets or service center, my device is also not active now i am also an employee and i am not able to contact or visit daily in their office.

kindly help me as soon as possible to activate my device.
