Complain regarding no. portability

As i applied for no. Portability from tata indicom to reliance cdma services. On 19-12-12

On 25-12-12 i got message from tata that my request for no. Portability is accepted and on 27-12-12 between 11:47pm to 1:47am my no. Will switch off then after my no. Will transfer in reliance but after my no. Transfer to reliance my services are not start yet.

Im planning to apply in consumer court because i am missing my important calls...

My no. Is 9200008586

im afraid that my no. Will not sale to other one.

Plz help me regarding this
