No Service to the Airtel number 9011098925

Hi,

Last month my number 9011098925 was ported out from Idea to Airtel. It took around 5-7 days for the MNP process and the issue was from Airtel Side as they have tied an incorrect application number to it.

But kudos the Airtel team, at last they realized that the problem was from their side and anyhow fixed the issue.

This is not the end of the story…..

From last Friday (28/12) the service of the number has been stopped. I contacted the vendor (Libra communication Pune) and they told me the SIM is in PD state. It has been 3 days, they not able to provide any satisfactory resolution. This is my only contact number and the disconnection made me stand in an’ No Man Land’.
