Deducting money unwantedly

Sir,

Am a regular subscriber of Reliance prepaid 799 plan and recharged the same on December 28.Based on offer conditions (Unlimited reliance to reliance all over India 30 min/day to other numbers) I was enjoying the offer till 30th night. But on 31st morning they started deducting money for the calls I made without prior notifications. If they deduct money for the sms that we can understand.why they are deducting money on voice calls. Please consider this
