UNECESSARY DEDUCTION OF BALANCE

Sir,

I am suffering this for almost a year, whenever i try to connect to customer care, it speaks of a busy tone. The customer care service is terrible, the service s not reliable anymore. They unnecessary deduct the balance by activating various services and send messages like"to unsubscribe this service dial this number".so, kindly look after this problem and provide a speedy solution to it.
