Balance Dedution

Sir, On 4th may I activated a daily panchang service at rent of RS.1 Per day But due to low balance on 5th there comes a message from the service provider that your service has been deactivated. But when today on 7th may when I recharge my acoount they again activated the service and deducted a balance of RS.30 for the service without any notification and they are not ready for the refund.
