Recently took Prepaid connection of Tata Docomo

Recharged for the first time Rs250

Then went to website

http://www.tatadocomo.com/prepay-packs.aspx

Checked for Full Talk time packs Rs111. Recharged on 31st Dec 14.08.27

Didn't got any talk time for this pack.

Called Customer Care at 01/01 12:09 (Kindly check your recording for behavior of the representative)

Tried to complaint about the same to Customer service they say that they do not have enough information about the packs so they can not take any complaints. After telling them also that it is available on their site still they are not ready to take any complaint. I think they should listen to customer when they are charging for customer service call also.

I think they are just bluffing about FTT packs but they are not actually giving that to end customer.
