RECHARGE UNSUCCESSFUL

I have recharged my aircel number 9804683360 (kOLKATA)) on 7th december with Rs68 for which i should get full talktime of Rs68 on my main balance.

but after the recharge i did not get any type of balance and when i complained Aircel customer care about this matter several times they told me that there is no recharge of Rs68 so i wont get any balance and my money wont be refunded either.

Before this recharge i have checked both the website www.aircel.com and www.paytm.com (from here i usually recharge my mobile).

please help me with this false recharge display and i should get full talktime of Rs68 else my money should be refunded.
