Deduction of charges

Hi!

I have been an Aircel Customer from past 3 months in Rajasthan. On early saturday morning i was charged with 2 packs (One i don't know and another unlimited game zone pack). They said that i clicked on it when i was online when I remember that i never did such thing. They charged me as a whole Rs. 20. In the morning @ 8:30 i asked the support executive to deactivate the same and she said that she has generated a request number for the same. (1-8431799657). But it was neither deactivated that day nor the next day and still today they are deducting my balance @ Rs. 3 per day.

Please help me regarding the same.
