Installation of DTH

Hi, I had purchased Airtel DTH through online using sbi debit card on 28thdec 9:30am. During time of payment an executive (Rehman) told installation will be done in next 24hours. As of now i called 26 customer care personnel. No technician came to my home for installation.

Now they made my number with automated voice if i call customer care. Now I am helpless neither to refund the payment nor to contact exact person for getting DTH connection.

I received a message that my digitalTV ID 3011773900 is recharged with Rs 1590 on 29th Dec and on 2nd Jan with Rs250.
