Cancelation and wavier amount

Hi,

I have a post paid connection for the mobile number 9963377708, I was having a due of the amount Rs. 3000 change, I have got a call from mobile no. 9989502010 the customer care executive for the payment of the amount, so I have asked about some wavier for the payment of the bill if possible the executive girl told me that need to pay 2500 Rs. if you paid it by today. I have paid the amount and called her and told her for the cancelation of the number, but after one weak I have got a call for the payment of the remaining amount for which i have told them the telephone conversation and even i have given a mail for the nodal office they have told me that I will get a call with in 3 working days it is almost 1 weak I have not got any call and anything form the AIRTEL. I have the receipt of the amount paid by me, please could you look into this issue and get back to me on 9866617532.
