Snl telephone and broadband connection broken down since last 10-15 days

Hi... i am yogesh from jaipur since last 10-15 days my area's bsnl telephone and broadband services is broken down for this i have registered a complaint on 1500 helpline number and also for this 4-5 time have visit the jhotwara exchange... they does not give me solution so i am hear for the proper response.. i demand that please give the proper charge to person who is responsible for this... because in jhotwar this is very big fault and it can be recover in 3-4 days as i know so please take some action against the officer who is responsible and who is not able to finish the work... they do not receive telephone when customer called them...
