Deduction of sim balance

Dear

my mobile no. is 09693439625, Bihar.

today (3-01) just 15 minutes before (around 13:05 pm) I got a msg written `` amount charged for vas hungama gsm Rs 49.00. current main balance rs 37.10 `` .

this deduction and activation is done by reliance itself. I have not activated this plan. My Rs 49.00 has been deducted which was of my use.

if this money has been deducted without informing me then its a fraud.

I think Ambani company is stand on ours money

i need a proper justice regarding this.
