Just few minutes back I have recharged Rs 40 (As a rate cutter) from aircel online recharge (https://epayment.aircel.com/online-recharge/) to get all my calls @ 40 paisa /minutes for 30 days. Every month I used to recharge Rs 40 as rate cutter. Aircel web page shows that for Delhi circle the charge is Rs 38 to get the above call rates. There was no option of Rs 38 in rate cutter column.

It is very dismal to see, that website maintained by aircel doesn't correspond to its own specific offer.
