GPRS signal Problem is not solved after 10 Days of Complaint

I am vodafone customer with mobile no.9923176209. I complaint about GPRS signal Problem on 23/12 through email as bellow. I activated GPRS pack On 18/12 and it is valid upto 02/01. but i unable to use GPRS beacuse in our area GPRS signal is not coming last 15 days. so my 900 MB data is lapse out off 1028MB. So this wast of my money only. If vodafone haven't time to listen and reolve my problem the i have only one option MNP and switch over to other operator. Reply me accordingly so that i can take my action of MNP.
If you want to save customer then please resolve my problem. My area of residence as follow:

please solve my GPRS signal problem as early as possible.
