Complaint #1 :

My Vodafone prepaid tariff was expired in the month of december and i called to customer care on 31st dec to ask the tariff details n the executive said me that for me to recharg 83 and i vl get 0rs talktime and all call rates vl b 1/2p/sec, and my 1st 3 sms vl b chargabel and 97 sms vl b free for d day.

and by trusting him n beliving him i recharged of rs83 bt now my all sms charged 1rs,

so beliving him recharged so nw i want my sms to b free

Complaint #2:

as my all sms are charged 1rs icalled to customer executive on 2nd jan around 9.50pm, he spoke to me n when still i was speaking abt the tariff suddenly he kept me on hold without informing me and transfered to other guy. soi felt insult bcoz stil i was speaking him, the the other guy who took took the transfer cal spoke to me for 2min n the he kept my call on hold for 59min. n i was on line for 59min.

so i want to know is this the way u guys shows the respect to ur customers?

so both of the executive insulted me badly.

and also u later when u guys promised me that u solve my problem n get me back on 3rd jan. bt still no responce fm u.

now a days Vodafone bcame worst really im not at al happy with ur netwok.
