Not Sending Bill from Octobe

I got a new landline connection on 16th october and they have yet not given me any Bill for any month. On asking the person shouts back to my mother and says it will get resolved next month no need to bother every time, Moreover, they havnt given any receipt for the connection. i got this connection from T-3 Basement, Bsnl office, Valley View Estates, Gwall Pahadi, Gurgaon-Faridabad Road Gurgaon 122003.

Even the helpline number at

http://selfcare.ndc.bsnl.co.in/irj/portal

is not valid!

I need the bill urgently for attaching it as address proof somewhere, but these people are harassing us!
