Data plan

I got the special recharge of 250 on my mobile no 9456063399. the plan includes 250 rs balance 1gb 3g data unlimited 2 g data for a month. i got the recharge on dec29. i got the balance right away but didnt get the data. my access point is TATA.DOCOMO.INTERNETHVC as directed and also sent the message 'hvc' to 52270 as the customer care guy said.

I got the pack before on 10nov and it worked fine, but this time i havent got the data yet.

and now i cant access the customer care on either 198 or 121. help plz
