No Customer care help and fake charges

Sir/Madam

I called to customer care many times. They said our executive is busy, and once if they took my call the executive replied "Sir i do not know English and do not know even Hindi please speak KANNADA". Please tell me if they do not know the language even Hindi and English then can customer care help someone...?

Please help regarding the matter.
