Unauthorised actiation of biscoot serices

In my last two bills, i have been charged for rs 70 (in each bill) for biscoot services that was activated without my authorisation.
when i raised a complaint, they said that the charges cannot be reversed.
i need help getting the money back and also extra compensation for the wastage of my time in the past 5 days. i am a postpaid customer.
