Recently I initiated porting my mobile number from airtel to aircel, The Salesmen were promised me the porting time (down time) will not take more than two hours, but it's been morethan 9 hrs, my phone is dead. this is one of my crucial number. I may get lot of business calls, why these guys are giving false promise, i don't know, airtel had disabled my sim but aircel failed to enable my sim.
