I had requested free 3G connection which was came with the new handset which i purchased. I am following up with airtel team to activate the same and same has not been activated. I have provided all documents through scan images. On 1st Jan your executive told me that it will be activated by today 2nd Jan. To my surprise i got the call again on 02nd Jan asking for the question they asked me on 1st Jan. I was told that that again it will take 24 hrs to activate. I told them that i need to escalate the matter and spoke to floor manager Tajuddin who doesnt have sense and right attitude to talk to the customer. I was told that its not possible to acitivate the 3G connection inspite of giving all details on First. I asked his for complaint number for which he said its already taken (47919282). I asked him that i wanted to speak to his supervisor and he cut the call and never got a call back.
Its been 7 days since i am waiting for 3G activation. No one has tried to reach me and i am getting msgs mentioning i am not reacheable where as i am getting calls regularly from others.
Seems like nodal officers and other serivces mentioned in the site are just of eyewash.
Disgusting to see the service from leading serive provider.
