Alance deduction

Sir,

Unnecessary balance (Rs400) has been deducted from my no 9873324000. I also activated 3g service, balance has been deducted but no service has been given. Kindlyhelp mein refunding my balance of Rs 400 within 1day or I will complaint against them against fraudulent activities u/s400 of IPC.
