My name is S V D R Sankar Kovvali.

My Airtel mobile number is 09791151831.

I had a balance of Rs.47 on 06/01.

I selected a 3G plan (Rs.101=300MB valid for 1 month) on my mobile.

But, it did not activate, saying that there is insufficient balance.

But the amount Rs.47 got deducted.

I topped up my mobile later with Rs.100.

But still the 3G plan did not get activated.

Please give me back my Rs.47.
