I started using an Aircel prepaid number for since long time, Service is good. But i am getting almost 10 unwanted calls (aircel advertisement calls) and messages. So to avoid this i spoke to the customer care they suggested to send SMS "START DND" to 1909, and they told this will be solved after 45 days. This is crazy how come activation takes 30 min, but deactivation takes 45 days? it might be small database change. These calls are too disturbing while in working hours and leisure time also.
