Nodal and Applet contact detail not responding

Hi,

I lost my phone on 07/01. I registered a complaint with the nearest police station and requested the DOCOMO service representative to trace my mobile equipment base on IMEI number. But they never gave a clear reply. The replied me to follow the legal procedure, But on asking about the legal procedure they were not able to answer my query. Even after sending 20 e-mails they kept on repeating same answer. Another problem I faced was that every time I communicate an new person will give same answerI tried contacting their Nodal officer Suresh Kumar on the phone number 9036000121, but the number is out of order. I called on alternate 9036002273 number but nobody replied. I sent an e-mail to the e-mail id: nodal.kk@tatadocomo.com but haven't received any reply. I face same issue with the Appellate office Sunitha George. No reply on phone number 9036000122 9036002273 or e-mail: appellate.kk@tatadocomo.com.
