Deduct the balance

Sir, I am airtel custmer since 8years approximate. I had recieved a massage from airtei about renewed the data pack, but I have not notice the massage because I do not intrest company massages. On dated 10 january Airtel had renewed my data pack and deduct my balance 98/- without my reply. So I want my balance back.

After complain custmer care they not respond.
