They did not given the benefit of 99rs recharge

I am Md Arbaz Alam

I recharged my mobile (Smart) with 99rs for 2gb internet for 1 month. But they didn't gave me the balance and when I contacted to customer care, they said they given me the benefit of 100mb for the previous (first) recharge of 56rs and they will not give me the benefit of 99rs recharge and can not return my money also.

I want my money back.

What should I do now?

Please help me!
