Airtel Pre-paid connection balance deduction

Dear Sir,

I have a Airtel mobile connection with number 09810198101. The company deduct the amount from my balance without pre-notification of intimation. I have not availing any facility and no information is being provided for the deductions.

Kindly help me to resolve the issue.
