NON REFUNDING OF DEPOSIT

Dear Sir,

I have submitted an written letter to an outlet of Aircel for deactivation of my number 9841023075, at the time of submitting of the letter the outstanding was Rs.277, for which I have confirmed that the company can reduce the amount on the deposit I had of Rs. 1500/- and return the balance. To my surprise the snext month bill was raised for Rs. 406, and once more bill of Rs. 28.19 has been raised.

The customer care officers Mr. Anand (Escalating handling supervisor), Banuchitra.p, divya are not responding properly.

The complaint no. raised 1-1996400948 and 1-2152754566

I request concerned people to take this issue very seriously and help me in getting back my amount.
