Worst customer service

Hi this is Gaurav sethi and i want some strict actions to be taken against vodafone for fooling around with people and making false commitments, i bought a postpaid connection for my wife and the executive came to my place collected the documents nd money nd never got back he promised me to give a sim card the same day and now its been more than a week, whenever i call vodafone they just hang up the line, i am sor frustrated now coz i was in need of this connection as my wife is pregnant and i want to b in touch with her incase of emergencies, if anything goes wrong i will take them to the court. vodafone is the worst telecom service provider, their executive are so cheap and uneducated, they cant even speak english. shame on vodafone!!! please someone help me coz i want to take some strict actions agianst them. my cel no is 9769182815
